1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when registering. We also collect data generated through your use of the service, including player phone numbers, game interactions, and usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, send transactional emails (login links, notifications), process payments, and analyze usage to improve our platform.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party providers necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Twilio for WhatsApp messaging, Resend for email delivery), each bound by strict data processing agreements.

4. Player Data

Phone numbers and interaction data from your customers (players) are stored to operate the game and prevent duplicate plays. This data is associated with your location and is not shared with other merchants.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary for authentication and service functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable law (including GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at team@hamstars.io.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
